
A paella is a rice dish that is first heated on the stove top and then slow-cooked in the oven until all the flavour of the ingredients has infused into the rice. The result is mouth-watering.
Paellas can be made with meat, seafood of fresh vegetables. Since paellas are cooked slowly, it normally takes more than 35 minutes to make. But trust us, it's well worth the wait! And you can of course nibble on some of our delicious tapas while you're waiting.
